RATE CHANGE EFFECTIVE 3/13/26

As noted on the most recent water bill, water rates are increasing effective 3/13/26.
The minimum bill for a 5/8 x 3/4 inch meter will increase to $45.00. The minimum bill for a 1 inch meter will increase to $73.00. The minimum bill for a 1 1/2 inch meter will increase to $132.00. The minimum bill for a 2 inch meter will increase to $291.00.
The cost of a 5/8 x 3/4 meter will increase to $6,500.00.The cost of a 1 inch meter will increase to $8,500.00.The cost of a 1 1/2 inch meter will increase to $12,500.00. The cost of a 2 inch meter will increase to $17,500.00.
Tier 1 water usage will increase to $7.25 per thousand gallons. Tier 2 water usage will increase to $7.75 per thousand gallons. Tier 3 water usage will increase to $8.50 per thousand gallons. Tier 4 remains at $11.00 per thousand gallons but the gallons range changes to 15,001 - 20,000 gallons. A new Tier 5 will be billed at $13.00 per thousand gallons at or above 20,001 gallons.
The Senior Discount mimimum bill will increase to $40.00/month plus water usage.
The Late Fee will increase to $20.00.
