Repossession
Meters will be repossessed when the unpaid amount reaches $300.00 or more.
State Fee
As of 06/09, $.005 per thousand gallons billed monthly & Frognot SUD transmits the State fee to TCEQ North Texas Groundwater Conservation District Fee: As of January 2012 there will be a $.10 per thousand gallon fee.

BILLING INFORMATION
Meters Read: 9th/10th of each month and depends on weather
Mailing of Bill: 15th of each month
Payment Due: postmarked by 5th of the following month
Late Penalty: $20.00 for payments received after the due date
Disconnect & Reconnect Fees: $50.00 each
