Frognot has recently changed our meter reading software. The transition was not seamless. The software technicians did not have all the bugs worked out in time to read meters last month. As a result, we had to estimate based on a 14 month average. The system estimated some customer's bills too low last month and estimated some customer's bills too high. This month we read meters as usual, but because of the previous month's estimation and the system catching up on the correct meter readings, some customer's bills are higher or lower than normal. The meter readings are accurate. We apologize for the inconvenience.
